This is a 10 station dial table that packaged and sealed a Luer Lock for the medical industry. this machine utilized an Allen Bradley CompactLogix PLC to control 4 pick and place units, 2 orientation stations, 3 bowl feeders, 2 vision systems, 1 depth probing station and 1 station that applied one label on all four sides of the product to seal the product. cycle time of this machine was 2 seconds.
